    I've stayed at this hotel about 3-4 times for a few times in the past month. Every stay I've had I've stayed in different rooms and it has been perfectly fine. The rooms look updated and the beds are very clean and I always check them no matter what hotel I'm at. the tvs never worked for me but that hasn't been a big deal for me because I have my laptop and phone. The ac works perfectly and I love that there's a walk in closet. The showers are hot and the toilets work fine. The guys at the front desk have always been very nice with me and for my first few stays they gave me free parking instead of paying $10. Yes there is homeless outside but that's anywhere for downtown/ Westlake. All of the 1 star reviews shock me so I took photos and decided to write a review because to me it's a perfect place for the price
